Because I used to lurk there and, if I had a few minutes or needed a break from something, I'd pop in and see if anyone was asking questions I could help with. But people started singling me out and highlighting me, which pops up a message and interrupts what I'm doing. Most of the time the questions were not anything they needed me in particular to answer but they'd highlight me to ask just because I've been helpful in the past. At first it was people highlighting me because their question related to profiles or forums which wasn't quite as bad because at least it was something I was known for. But after a while people started highlighting me for everything, modules I've never used, things I've never done. And, because I like helping people, I'd stop whatever I was doing and try to help them, but I was getting more and more irritated. Finally I decided that my 2.5 years in there was enough and I needed a break. I still do support on the Drupal forums in addition to people asking me for support via the shellmultimedia forums, these forums, private messages on here, emailing me directly, and PMing me on IRC. So I'm not totally slacking.
