Not sure what happen, but all the original members I have on my test site have the correct profile formatting, but all the new user i create have lost the formatting, not sure what happen.

Any thoughts to what I did wrong

Unfortunately we can't see
Unfortunately we can't see those pages "Acces Denied". You can change those permissions in Drupal and then we can have a look.

Fixed it not sure what
Fixed it not sure what happen but just refreshed my Panels
